This volume has an unusual early monogram, which I have only seen on the "Hildegarde" books. The spine design also appears on some printings of Margaret Montfort (1898), another Richards title, although the cover lettering is quite different and shows no monogram. THis title is also known in green (see below)This is one of nine Richards covers that Sacker designed.
