Sacker apparently did bindings for a number of Otis titles, involving eagles and other patriotic symbols.  I have identified twenty-four Otis titles with Sacker designs, but there may be more, as Otis wrote over 150 books for children! The other often-used design for Otis's books also appears on this title. My sincere thanks to Danielle Bishop, of the de Grummond Children's Literature Collection in the McCain Library of the University of Southern Mississippi, for this scarce image. A number of Otis's books appeared with another cover design, not done by Sacker (see below).
