This design presumably appears on a number of different titles in this series.  These "floral chains" appear in several Sacker title-page designs, including  Seven Little Sisters . . .   and particularly on the title page of The Book Plates of Amy M Sacker. Curiously, a very plain title page was being used at the same time (see below).
