Sacker also provided five illustrations for this book. Notice that in the version on the right (circa 1917) the author's name has somehow "slid down" the cover, at least for some copies from this period!   Below see a scarce signed dust jacket, from a 1915 printing of this book. (I don't currently know whether this title had a dust jacket from its first printing.)
