My thanks to Liorah Golomb, at Wichita State University, for her help in identifying this cover, and to the ILL staff there for lending it to me.

This particular copy contains two fascinating additions, bookplates pasted inside the covers by its original owner:

                

[Click HERE to see them in a larger format.]   It turns out that this woman was a considerable celebrity in Wichita; Elbert Hubbard, founder of The Roycrofters, the Arts and Crafts colony in East Aurora, NY, wrote an effusive article about her in his publication, The Philistine.
