That December, 1904, issue appears to be the last one published. Book News, published by John Wanamaker, noted the "attractive design" of this cover in the December, 1903, issue.
Quite interestingly, the figure appears to be a mirror image of the figure in the bookplate that Amy did for Waldo Chase [see below]. (Although the cover does not indicate it, this publication was edited by Bliss Carman, as mentioned in an ad in The International Studio.)
